2). What is the depth of the tank?

Please see the provided drawings of the Xerxes tank for its size. Drawings state 6-foot diameter double-wall tank, capacity 5,000 gallons. See Manhole submittals and Page 21 of the provided Xerxes Installation Manual and Operating Guidelines from when the underground storage tank (UST) was installed for more detailed dimensions. Riser height is not specified in the literature and will need to be field verified. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions and existing site conditions prior to beginning work or ordering materials.

Yes, VA believes this to be the case. Please see the provided literature for what should have been used for the primary and secondary backfill requirements when the UST was installed.

4). What is the depth of the repair work?

Please see answer to Question #2 and the provided drawings and literature.

5). It States that the Contractor is responsible for all applicable fees, permitting and inspection costs associated with this project. What permits are required?

VA anticipates no permits will be required for this project, according to WY DEQ, but Contractor shall verify that no other permits are required for the work under this project.

Yes, the gravel can be reused if doing so meets the Xerxes installation guidelines and does not void the UST warranty.
