An estimate of power requirements are:
B71N Equipment (460 Volt, 3PH):
AHU-5 FLA=52.65, MCA=65.65, MOP=110;
ERV-1 FLA=6.7, MCA=8.38, MOP=15;
ERV-2 FLA=4.2, MCA=5.25, MOP=15;
P-1 FLA=3.0;

Provide new 30 space, 100 amp panel approved equal to Square D model QO-B. Locate near and feed from existing attic panel 71-AEQL approximately 35 feet from door into attic. It has (2) 100 amp spares.
ERV-3: Extend wire and conduit from unit on roof to New Panel in attic, roughly 95 feet away.
ERV-4: Extend wire and conduit from unit on roof to New Panel in attic, roughly 105 feet away.
EF-10: Extend wire and conduit from fan in attic to New Panel in attic, roughly 80 feet away.
P-2: Extend wire and conduit from pump in ceiling space above room 314 to Panel CCP3 in room 311, roughly 35 feet away
13. What does AHU-5 serve and how long can it be offline?
It serves the third floor of building 71N, and the south end of the second floor of building 71N. It can be off line for a maximum of 30 continuous days.
