Text version

1. Do you have any photos to share that show the conditions of the rooms receiving the new units? They are dry wall, painted walls.

1. When my team arrives onsite, will we walk into a room with an open wall and studs already installed or should I include the framing and installation of the studs on the wall receiving the new headwalls? See below

1. Or do the rooms contain closed walls that will have to be demo’d in order to install the new units? Yes, the walls are currently closed walls that will need demo partially to install headwall. Should only demo or remove the part of wall(s) that will be replaced with headwall.

1. After installation of the headwall units, is it in my scope to cover that wall with drywall and then tape, patch and paint that wall? Yes,

2. If so, what are the dimensions of the wall that would receive the new drywall? I will need to measure the entire wall, but approx. the size of the headwall. They should be no need to demo the entire wall.

1. Is it in our scope to connect the pipes from the Amico unit to the pipes that are terminated above the finished ceiling line? Yes, must connect to pipes to gases (compress air) at the ceiling line, and must connect all electrical outlets on the headwalls.

1.

There is power above the celling in a junction box for the headwalls.

There are two 20A circuits in each room
