In accordance with FAR 28.307-2 and FAR 52.228-5, the following minimum coverage shall apply to this contract:
(a) Workers' compensation and employers liability: Contractors are required to comply with applicable Federal and State workers' compensation and occupational disease statutes. (b) General Liability: $500,000.00 per occurrences.

The Government may require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. These rates may be adjusted only as a result of revisions to prevailing labor rates provided by the Secretary of Labor. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 15 days.
(End of clause)
