The project will use the LVT flooring system and color specified in Attachment 4 (already in use elsewhere at the facility), with cubicles identified as Trendway Choices model ECWSR243696. The contractor is responsible for all hazardous material disposal, moisture mitigation, permits, and licensing. The VA will designate the laydown area, create the phasing plan in coordination with building occupants, and provide three days' notice prior to IT equipment relocation. The performance period is 45 days, potentially extendable at VA discretion.
