Answer: Chillers are rotated once a week and operated 24/7 (168 hrs. per wk.)
7. What is the max tonnage needed?
Answer: 900
8. What is the average tonnage used?
Answer: Chillers average about 60%-80% load (500-750 tons)
9. What is the condenser PSI?
Answer: Water-Approx. 40 psi
10. What is the evaporator PSI?

Answer: Yes. The Inside If during the service a member is found to have deteriorated and need to be reinforced or replaced, then it may be treated as unforeseen conditions as determined by the customer and contracting Officer
20. Is there any insulation or heat trace included in this project?
Answer: No
21. Will there be an outage allowed for connecting the rental towers? If so, how long, and what days are allowed?
Answer: Should be able to do this on a weekend to minimize system down time
22. When it states, "Contractor will coat each mechanical support containing rust resistant high-performance epoxy with paint like consistency", does that include the steel structure under the towers?
Answer: Yes

Answer: Approx. 3000
24. Is there sweeper piping in all existing towers? If so, is that to remain or does it need to be replaced?
Answer: This will be under a separate Contract.
25. Do you have the Basin Dimensions of the cooling tower with their tower numbers?
Answer: Evapco Basins approx. 12’ W x 12’ L x 10” deep per cell. Marley Tower approx. 12’ W x 24’ L x 10” deep
26. Can we request another site visit to obtain information that might have been missed or not thought about?
Answer: No additional site visits will be held
