About this file
This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source contract. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16, intends to award a firm fixed-price sole source contract to ScriptPro, LLC for the upgrade of pharmacy automation systems to Windows 11 compliance. The VA's Veterans Health Service Office (VHSO) currently operates ScriptPro automation and workflow technology across two pharmacy locations and three Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) pharmacist operations, including outpatient dispensing robots, data interface terminals, kiosk queueing systems, signature-capture systems, and inpatient remote viewing equipment. The existing hardware and software operated on Windows 10, which reached end-of-life on October 14, 2025, creating cybersecurity compliance risks and potential network removal.
The required upgrade encompasses 50 workstations, 27 label printers, 8 ScriptPro robot CPUs, 12 notice board CPUs, 6 kiosk CPUs, 2 ScriptPro platform servers, 16 software components, 70 uninstall procedures, installation across 6 VHSO sites, and up to 60 months of support services. Interested parties may respond by demonstrating clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and must provide an authorized distributor/provider letter. Email responses are required and must be submitted to Contracting Officer Tammie Chaney at tammie.chaney@va.gov no later than 10:00 AM CST on May 22, 2026. The contracting office is located in Jackson, Mississippi (zip code 39157), and the product service code is 6515.
