About this file

This is an Amendment to Solicitation (Standard Form 30) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, for Request for Quote 36C25626Q0620, effective April 9, 2026.

The amendment extends the receipt deadline for offers to April 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time and adds three attachments to the solicitation: Questions and Answers addressing contractor inquiries, Site Visit Information detailing facility inspection scheduling for April 15-16 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Central Time with contact Ashley Hammer, and a Medical Gas Testing Schedule outlining quarterly and semi-annual testing requirements for waste gases, medical air compressors, ventilation, and hazardous chemicals. The Q&A section confirms the facility will utilize chemical badges for chemical monitoring (not live gas analyzer monitoring), has 39 OR/PACU personnel, and identifies 681 gas outlets, 107 zone valves, 26 area alarms, and 3 master alarms. An additional building floor plan (Building 1, 4th Floor) is also included. Contractors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by completing and signing the form and submitting it with their quote prior to the solicitation deadline, with failure to acknowledge potentially resulting in ineligibility for award at the Contracting Officer's discretion.
