About this file
This document is an Amendment (SF 30) to Solicitation 36C25625R0102 for On-site Mobile MRI Services at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center. The amendment addresses 34 vendor questions and makes several key modifications, including reducing the estimated annual MRI scan quantity from 6,000 to 5,771 scans per ordering period. The contract covers five one-year ordering periods from October 2025 to September 2030, with the VA Network Contracting Office 16 administering the solicitation.
Notable changes include clarifications on staffing requirements, past performance evaluation criteria, and subcontractor participation. The amendment specifies that the contract will require (3) MRI Certified Technologists, (2) Tech Assistants, and (2) Schedulers, with operations running 7am-7pm Monday-Friday and 8am-5pm on Saturdays. The VA will provide contrast material, 440v shore power, and transport inpatients, while the contractor will be responsible for scheduling, cleaning, and staffing. Potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors can use subcontractor past performance with certain conditions.
