About this file

This document contains Request for Information (RFI) responses for a VA construction project to install a fence at the Whole Health Veteran Healing Garden in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The solicitation (36C25625R0066) is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside with a project budget between $25,000-$100,000. Key project details include installing an 8' tall chain link fence around an 80' x 64' perimeter, including three double chain link gates, with a 60-calendar day performance period.

The RFI responses clarify multiple technical specifications, including fence design, gate hardware, utility locations, and project requirements. Notable clarifications include: TB tests and influenza shots are still required for workers, pavers along the sidewalk will be removed by the VA, no steps are needed in the fencing, and a payment bond will be required. Contractors must be registered in VetCert, SAM, and meet SDVOSB qualifications. The site visit is scheduled for 03 April 2025 at 10:00 am, with RFIs due by 10 April 2025 at 2:00 pm central time.
