The project has a 90-day performance period with a total estimated value of approximately $472,640, covering multiple line items such as Boom Room upgrades, AIR streaming, additional materials, StreamConnect, and custom system integration. Karl Storz will provide a two-year installation and setup guarantee, with equipment warranties facilitated upon purchase. The solicitation is an unrestricted competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, requiring contractors to be active in the System for Award Management (SAM). The delivery location is the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas, with an implementation deadline of 8/25/2025.
