About this file
This document is an Amendment to Solicitation for the Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically for Onsite Audiologists and Audiology Health Technician Services (Solicitation Number: 36C25625Q0667). The solicitation seeks audiologist and audiology health technician services with a contract period spanning from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2030, divided into five ordering periods. Key requirements include having active audiologist licenses (acceptable from any U.S. state), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and submission of personnel packets with credentials such as CV/resume, licenses, and certifications.
The solicitation includes notable clarifications from a Q&A session, including confirmation that no incumbent contractor exists, the correct fifth ordering period starts May 1, 2029, and a guaranteed minimum and maximum contract value of $500.00. Additional requirements specify that immunization documentation will be required within 30 days after contract award, DEA registration is not required for audiologists, and staffing agencies must submit comprehensive credentialing packets for Health Technicians. The solicitation is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 16, located in Jackson, Mississippi.
