No. Question Answer 1 Is there an existing loop installed to service the Central Sterile devices listed? If so, what is pipe size, are there existing sampling ports on each device for water samples?
Yes, there will be a loop installed for the RO/DI system to connect to.
Yes, there are sampling ports for the loop and device sampling.
2 Is there any water treatment existing to service the supply water that will feed the RO & DI system? What is the disinfectant used in supply water?
Supply water will be directly feed by city water system.
Prolystica enzymatic, Prolystica Neutral are the disinfectants used in SPS.
3 Is there an existing water analysis available for the supply water for RO, this is needed to determine pre-treatment requirements for the system.
Supply water is from the City of LR. No water analysis available at this time.
Daily SPS tests are within AAMI ST 109 standards.
4 Is there 3 phase power available at the site?
Yes.
5 If you check page 6 of the attached PDF, you'll see one of the use cases involving RO filters for dialysis.
Typically, these filters are replaced every 2-3 years in Japan, depending on the hospital's scale. However, there are instances where a filter has lasted over eight years without needing replacement. While we do not supply the RO filter system itself, our nozzle can potentially extend its lifespan. This means that instead of replacing the entire reverse osmosis unit, we could simply install our filter.
Would consider if provided additional information.
6 Can you provide us with the dimensions of the room where the RO System will be installed in? The System Qualifications asks if it will fit into the room.
9 x 11 foot with celling height of 9 foot.
7 Is there a desire to have Remote Monitoring in the system? If so, to what extent? The System Qualifications asks if this is included in the system.
Yes, would like to have remote monitoring system.
