About this file
This document is an Attachment D4 Contractor Certification that must be completed by the contractor for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The certification requires the contractor to comply with all legal provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, E-Verify requirements, and prohibits the contractor from knowingly employing or contracting with illegal aliens or foreign nationals who have violated the terms of their immigration status. The contractor must also ensure its subcontractors provide a similar certification. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the VA prohibiting the noncompliant foreign national from working on the contract and could lead to termination of the contract for breach.
The related federal contract opportunity is Solicitation Number 36C25624Q0468 for a SUDS Transitional Housing Program 502 in Alexandria issued by the VA Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 16. The solicitation is for the provision of transitional housing services.
