Text version

Room number is 152 - Audiology– this is the most recent floor plan I received from Teal.

1. There is no information provided in the solicitation on the type of room and/or specs needed at the St. Joseph CBOC.

0. Is there a specific model number the customer is looking for? Or, what are the outside dimensions of the booth needed to fit their space?

0. Single wall or double wall layout? Single walled

1. Given the note on the wheelchair access in a small space, it would be best to get an architectural plan to fully understand the host room. That would allow us to ensure there are no issues with access, door swings, egress, etc. Please share any plans that may be available.

1. What is the ceiling height in the host room?

1. Is this a ground floor installation? If no, is there an elevator that we can access that’s able to accommodate the audio booth panels? – ground floor

1. Is there a loading dock? Is there room for a 53’ trailer to deliver to this site? No loading dock -
