1. We will be attending the Site Visit on 5/28 at 9am. Where should we meet, what is the agenda and what are the locations visited, and how long will it take since multiple locations? Will the CO be available or technical representative only?

Location:

Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital 800 Hospital Dr, Columbia Mo 65201

Time: 9:00 am

POC: Keith Dylan will be the technical representative and conduct the walk thru of the applicable site areas of the facility.

Site visit should be finished in 2-3 hours.

2. We understand that the Government might issue responses to questions June 4, 2019 (tentatively).

With responses due 3 business days past a tentative (June 7 @ 3pm would the Government please consider at least a 7-day extension as responses to questions may require external equipment vendor pricing coordination up to 7 business days? Would the Government consider responding to this question soon instead of June 4 (tentative)?

The due date for RFQ submission will be changed from 6/7/19 to 6/14/19.

3. Would the Government please consider clarifying—as part of a potential extension—the questions due date or the proposal due date? The Solicitation states:

So that the Government may respond to all questions timely and in an appropriate format, questions must be submitted no later than five days before the date and time quotes are due, May 31, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. CST. and will be answered by amendment to the solicitation. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. All technical questions shall be submitted via email to michael.murphy7@va.gov Questions received after this date will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by amendment to this solicitation and posted to FBO.govtentatively June 4, 2019.

What does “May 31” refer to? Questions due date or proposal due date as the solicitation states that the proposal is due 6/7, 3pm (SF1449) and 5 days prior to due date might be interpreted as June 2?

Would the Government confirm that questions are due May 31 at 12pm? Would the Government consider responding to this question soon instead of June 4 (tentative)?

Technical Questions are due 5/31/19 at 12:00 pm. Answers will posted to FBO tentatively 6/4/19.

4. We would appreciate the Government’s response to the following questions as soon as possible as pricing and methodology are significantly impacted pending the Government’s responses given the potential issuance of answers to questions three days before the proposal due date. Would the Government consider responding to this question soon instead of June 4 (tentative)?

In order to clarify posted information and insure all vendors are given the same opportunities the CO is posting these questions to FBO as they are relevant to the upcoming events.

5. The Scope of Work Introduction statement states that "Contractors will establish and maintain ..."

and Deliverable 21 states "The Contractor will be required to use existing equipment already installed." Is there an existing wi-fi system in place or is the Scope of Work for a new installation at all locations? If there is an existing system, is there any coverage area expansion either within the existing locations (coverage area) or additional locations?

There is an existing system in place. It is not the facilities intent to expand it or augment it all.

6. Regarding Deliverable 21, “The Contractor will be required to use existing equipment already installed." Would the Government please provide an equipment inventory list for each site?

Please see the attached device list.
