About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation for Patient Shuttle Services at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The solicitation (36C25226Q0012) is for shuttle services including campus, patient, and church routes, with a current daily ridership of approximately 370 veterans. The existing six-month contract (36C25225P0987) was held by Junk Boyz Towing LLC at a total price of $300,186.00, and only minor changes have been made to the scope of work, including one additional stop on the church route.
The amendment includes vendor questions and answers clarifying service details: routes are Monday through Friday for campus and patient shuttles, with church routes on Sundays and religious holidays. Bus requirements include ADA accessibility for patient shuttles, with no specific preference for bus capacity. The vendor must maintain a ridership log tracking only the number of riders, and no mobile application is required. Guests are permitted if they are assisting a veteran, with the veteran requiring an ID. The solicitation close date remains 9/18/2025 at 3:00 PM Central Time.
