About this file

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for TempTrak Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Services from TrillaMed LLC. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration Network 12 intends to enter sole-source procurement negotiations with TrillaMed LLC to provide services at four VA medical facilities: Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans' Hospital in Madison, Captain James A. Lovell FHCC in North Chicago, and VA Tomah Medical Center.

The sole-source justification is based on TrillaMed being the only authorized distributor for Copeland Cold Chain LP's (d/b/a Cooper-Atkins) TempTrak wireless environmental monitoring system for VA customers, and their status as Copeland's only SDVOSB provider for these products and services. Interested parties may submit capability statements to aaron.rogers1@va.gov by February 10, 2025, at 8:00 AM CDT. The procurement falls under PSC J041 and NAICS 334510. While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, the VA will review responses to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
