| 1 | 9/3/24 | Will the original asbestos testing results for the referenced project could be provided? | 2 | 9/5/24 | What is the intention for Lead Paint? Are we removing all lead painted components or just loose and failing paint (concentrated lead waste)? | See response to question below regarding lead paint. | :001 |

| 11 | 9/12/24 | Utility Demolition Plans: The Utility Demolition Plans show a wavy line for utilities to be removed. | 12 | Is there anyway you can get a clarification on something for me? It calls out all plaster and wood that is painted to be removed because of lead paint. That seems like extreme overkill to me, but they have it in the specs. Can you please find out if they are expecting all of that to be removed prior to demo? Thanks guys. | From the Illinois EPA Analysis and Disposal (illinois.gov) - If demolition/construction debris containing LBP still adhered to the substrate is generated from a non-residential structure, the waste may be handled as general refuse. However, if the LBP is removed from the original substrate to which it was adhered, then the waste is a special waste. | :001 |
