This Solicitation shall result in a firm fixed-price contract for a base period of one (1) year upon award, with four (4) option years. The contractor will provide radiation safety badges and associated dosimetry services to monitor and report radiation exposure levels for VA Northern Indiana Health Care Systems (VANIHCS) employees. These badges are essential for ensuring compliance with federal regulations and maintaining the safety of personnel working in environments with ionizing radiation.

This procurement has been set aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under NAICS code 541380. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The anticipated award date is September 1, 2025, for a base period of one (1) year, with four option years.

Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 22, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at the following email address: Jacob.bishop@va.gov no later than 4:30 PM EST on August 26, 2025.

Quotations are due no later than 4:30 PM EST on August 28, 2025, by email to Jacob.bishop@va.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted.
