About this file

This Special Notice is a sole source solicitation by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 10 for specialized medical equipment for the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. The VA intends to purchase a Sentec TcC02 (part number 104255-TCOM+Hospital USA) replacement monitor and V-Sign Sensor (part number 101342 V-Sign Sensor VS-A/P/N) specifically for their sleep lab, with the equipment designed to noninvasively monitor carbon dioxide levels in patients to diagnose and manage sleep-disordered breathing.

The procurement is structured as a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order targeted at a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), with Sentec of Lincoln, RI identified as the sole proposed vendor. The solicitation, under NAICS code 334510, requires responses by July 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, submitted to laura.poma@va.gov and kellie.konopinski@va.gov. The VA asserts that Sentec is the only vendor capable of meeting their specific requirements, particularly due to compatibility with their existing Polysmith system and preloaded adult modes.
