The contract (Solicitation Number: 36C25025Q0580) involves boiler plant inspections in Building 147, with two key clarifications from the Q&A session. First, the inspection requirements are specifically for equipment located in Building 147. Second, the solicitation has been modified to remove task #32, with openness to aligning requirements with NBBI (National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors) standards and potentially allowing inspectors from accredited AIA organizations. The contract is associated with the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 10, with a planned start date of 7/8/25.
