Can the CQC System Manager role and SSHO roles both be assigned to the onsite Superintendent?

If not, confirm that the Superintendent can occupy two roles such as SSHO and Superintendent?

Is the Safety and Health Manager (in addition to the Safety Officer) required to maintain a presence onsite?

Section 3.4 Paragraph A

Site Superintendent cannot serve as all 3. VA does allow for SSHO role to be assigned to the Site Superintendent provided they meet all qualifications for SSHO. VA reserves the right to separate these duties, if Safety violations warrant. Safety and Health manager is the Safety Officer. If you mean CQC manager then no, CQC manager doesn't have to be onsite. Site Superintendent can serve as the CQC Managers' representative.
