Q.4. Does the 50 page limit include the Cover page, Table of contents, Part II and Past Performance?

A.4. No. This was previously answered as yes; however, the page number will be changed to 70 pages. These 70 pages will include the SF330 and all submitted documentation required in the presolicitation notice. We will accept up to 70 pages, anything after 70 pages will not be evaluated.

Q.5. I would also like to verify that the VA will employ both the third-party commissioning agent and the third-party life-safety reviewer, and that these personnel are not to be included in the proposed team.

A.5. Correct. The VA will employ both the third-party commissioning agent and the third-party life-safety reviewer, and these are not to be included in the A/E proposed team.

Q.6. How best should we the fulfill the information in our response as it relates to the 3rd Party MSI Firm, which is your preference:

1. Include MSI Firm and Personnel information within the submittal (i.e. Section E and Part II)

2. Brief mentioning in Section H

3. Or not necessary to include at this time A.6. The Government prefers option 2: Brief Mentioning in Section H.
