All other terms remain the same and unchanged.

1) Will contractor be allowed to store its equipment onsite during the length of contract or must contractor bring equipment to site(s) each day/week.
Answer: Yes. Equipment can be stored on site
2) The government is asking for a fixed price for a daily semi-trucks and straight trucks. Costs are directly related to mileage of delivery. Cost per day can be fixed, but mileage determines total cost. Please clarify.
Answer: Calculate mileage cost based upon mileage of furthest destination.
3) Experience dictates that the required (2) personnel will not be not be able to load a full semi-truck in a timely manner. Is there an example that the government can provide that a semi is needed?
Answer: No. A semi-truck will not be needed. Correction to the SOW has been made.
4) Is the government providing rent-a-crates?
Answer: No
5) Scope asks for 416 hours—8 hours a day, which is equal 52 days; or one day per a week; the government is asking for trucks to be used 260 days a year; (5 days a week)? Can the government clarify if trucks are being used 5 days a week, while the personnel/crew are only working once a week?
Answer: No. A semi-truck will not be needed 260 days but 52 days. Correction to the SOW has been made.
6) Is there any anticipated IDIQ work that would be subject to negotiated above-standard pricing?
No, Pricing that is negotiated at the contract award will be the final cost.
7) There is not a line for equipment costs. Is this to be factored into the hourly rate?
Answer: Correction to the price schedule have been made.
8) Is there currently an incumbent contractor performing the work? If so, would the government please identify (a) the incumbent contractor, (b) contract number; (c) current annual contract price.
Answer: No
9) Is there a site visit schedule or can interested contractors schedule a visit to the site to assess work conditions?
Answer: No
10) We anticipate submitting an offer in conjunction with a joint venture or teaming agreement between multiple companies each having specialized experience under NAICS 561210 in facilities services, furnishing inventory management, moving services, warehousing, and furnishings acquisition. Will the government consider past performance and corporate experience references from all teaming partners during the evaluation process?
Answer: No. Past performance is only considered for Prime Contractor.
