About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to a federal solicitation for police lockers and installation, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Procurement Office West. The amendment provides answers to eight vendor questions about locker specifications and installation details. Key details include: lockers will be installed in two rooms on a lower level, with each locker unit consisting of an 18"w x 24"d x 72"h upper section and an 18"w x 36"d x 18"h lower drawer unit, totaling 90" in height. The lockers can be stored at a warehouse and transported to the job site via loading dock, with no elevator required. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), with a NAICS code of 337215 and a small business size standard of 500 employees.

The amendment clarifies that no peg board panels are required for the lockers, and provides floor plan diagrams showing the proposed locker layout. The original solicitation (36C24W25Q0254) remains unchanged, with quotes due on 07/15/2025 at 09:00 AM CST. The amendment serves to provide additional information to potential offerors and ensure clarity about the locker specifications and installation requirements.
