About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for genome sequencing services. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration is seeking offers for sequencing services under solicitation number 36C24E22R0020. The amendment provides clarification that the dollar values referenced in clause 52.216-19 Order Limitations, regarding the maximum order amounts per item and combination of items, refer to dollar values rather than other metrics. No other changes are made to the solicitation terms and conditions. The sequencing services will be for Veterans Integrated Service Network 4. The response due date and award date are not specified in this amendment.

(a) Minimum order. When the Government requires supplies or services covered by this contract in an amount of less than 50,000, the Government is not obligated to purchase, nor is the Contractor obligated to furnish, those supplies or services under the contract.

(b) Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor—
