Will the answer to this question apply to all other MSPV 2.0 BPA solicitations as well, or should the same question be asked of each Contracting Officer? | This language will be utilized in every RFQ. The Contracting Officer will conduct an affirmative responsibility check to include past performance and experience under the standard in FAR Part 9 analysis. | ||
| EMS.19 | RFQ | 30 | 2.
