About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO 9) located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The amendment modifies solicitation number 36C24926Q0076, originally issued on January 9, 2026, with an effective date of January 29, 2026. The quote deadline has been extended to February 4, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the revised deadline by completing the form and returning it, acknowledging receipt on each copy of their offer, or by separate letter or electronic communication that references the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in rejection of the offer.
The amendment includes contractor questions and government responses addressing six key issues: (1) product/materials equivalents are acceptable provided they adhere, resist chemicals, and are water tight; (2) equipment and furniture requiring removal must be returned to original placement by the contractor; (3) repairs are crack-to-crack, not full replacement; (4) work must be performed after business hours with full area access during normal working hours; (5) ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) barriers are required; and (6) replacement materials must be close in color to existing surfaces. The question submission period remains unchanged, and all terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain in effect except as modified by this amendment.
