About this file

This document is a Special Notice for a sole source, firm-fixed price contract issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO 9) for a ScriptPro server software upgrade at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Centers in Mountain Home, TN. The procurement involves multiple software and hardware upgrade components, including Customer Hard Drive Retention, Endpoint Security Management, on-site upgrades for various ScriptPro systems, and server upgrades, totaling 24 line items.

The VA intends to award the contract directly to ScriptPro USA Inc, as they are determined to be the only authorized source for upgrading their proprietary equipment. Interested vendors must submit responses by 8:00 AM CST on July 28, 2025, demonstrating how competition could be advantageous to the government. Respondents are required to provide detailed business information including size status, socio-economic classification, DUNS number, and SAM/SBA registration. Non-Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractors must also provide an authorization letter from ScriptPro to be considered. The contract is not a competitive solicitation, and no quotes or proposals will be accepted based on this notice.
