About this file
This is a Special Notice for a sole-source procurement by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 9 in Murfreesboro, TN. The contract (Solicitation Number 36C24925Q0367) is for software upgrade and preventative maintenance services for SCRIPTPRO software, to be provided exclusively by VETERANS MED. from Saint Petersburg, FL. The procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 6.302-1 and 8.405-6, with VETERANS MED. cited as the only authorized vendor due to proprietary hardware and software restrictions.
Interested parties may submit responses demonstrating competitive advantage by 1:00 PM CST on July 16, 2025, to george.cochran@va.gov. The NAICS code is 513210 with a size standard of $47M. The sole-source justification includes VETERANS MED.'s unique ability to provide remote diagnostic access, software patches, and manufacturer maintenance services, with a warning that using unauthorized third-party vendors would void all system warranties and guarantees. The government reserves the right to evaluate responses and determine whether to proceed with a competitive or non-competitive procurement.
