The purpose of this Amendment is to provide a response to question below submitted about this requirement.

QUESTION: As we review the scope of work, we noticed a potential inconsistency we’d like to clarify. Specifically pages 8 and 9 list an APX Next buildout with part numbers, while pages 10 through 13 outline features that don’t fully align with that buildout. Could you please confirm which set of specifications we should follow when when preparing our quote — the part numbers listed or the feature descriptions ?

ANSWER: . After reviewing your question with the RFQ, SOW and the APX Next Datasheet. The information on pages 10 through 13 are salient qualities of the APX NEXT according to the datasheet features. In contrast, pages 8 and 9 provide the actual specification of the equipment under consideration for purchase.

Roxie Ann Keese Contracting Officer
