Under no circumstances will any Contractor be designated as an agent of the Government for purposes of any tax exemption, nor will the Government authorize any Contractor’s use of any tax exemption directly applicable to the Government under this procurement.

Answer: Reference Details on sheet AS101 and AS201 have been enlarged and provided as separate sheets (AS101 – AS105 & AS201 – AS207). However, these sheets are scans of old drawings and provided as reference to aid the contractor with existing roof details that may be encountered.
