About this file
This document contains a solicitation for hotel lodging services and an amendment with questions and answers. The solicitation requests proposals for seven double-occupancy rooms Monday through Thursday evenings and two double-occupancy handicap accessible rooms on Sunday evenings within five miles of the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The amendment clarifies that the VA will pay for reserved rooms only if they are used, with an option to release unused rooms two days in advance. Both three-star and three-diamond hotels will be considered. The contract will have a one-year base period and four optional one-year extensions. A request for proposal as a SDVOSB set-aside will be publicized on November 26, 2021.
