About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation and answers to vendors' questions. The amendment provides answers to questions submitted by the deadline stated in Solicitation Number 36C24921Q0115 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office. The solicitation seeks a firm-fixed price contract for an estimated 50 million nitrile examination gloves to be delivered within 45 calendar days of award notification. Answers provided in the amendment clarify that samples are not required to submit a proposal, U.S. private companies can bid, thickness is not a mandatory technical requirement, partial bids for quantities such as 10 million gloves are acceptable, and color is not a preference factor.
