About this file
This is a Questions and Answers amendment addressing vendor inquiries for Solicitation 36C24826Q0653, a Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 8 competitive procurement for Cubicle Privacy Curtain Panels and Mesh Panels. The requirement is for manufacture, supply, and delivery only to the Lake City VAMC Industrial Laundry Facility in Florida, with the Government handling installation. Delivery is anticipated within 30 days after order receipt, with phased delivery acceptable if clearly stated by offerors. The solicitation employs a Firm-Fixed-Price contract structure and commercial item procedures under FAR Part 12.
Key product specifications include mesh panels measuring 66" W x 32" H in white with ¼-inch mesh openings, header grommets spaced approximately 6 inches on center, and footer snaps at approximately 4.75 inches on center. The fabric is specified as Tessuto Lakeside or an equal product meeting all performance requirements. Mandatory requirements include antimicrobial properties, NFPA 701 fire safety compliance, and compatibility with existing VA curtain track and snap systems. Documentation for antimicrobial certification and NFPA 701 compliance shall be provided post-award prior to production. Offers must include completed pricing for all line items, technical product literature demonstrating compliance, delivery timeframe, warranty and maintenance information, and completed representations and certifications per VAAR 852.219-76. SDVOSB offerors may supply products manufactured by non-small businesses under the applicable SBA Nonmanufacturer Rule Class Waiver for NAICS 314120. The Government intends to make a single award covering both contract line item numbers.
