About this file
This Special Notice describes a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the Miami VA Medical Center. The VA intends to negotiate directly with Terarecon, Inc. to procure two (2) Titanium Suite Software Licenses with Intuition Premier Success and one (1) year of maintenance, citing Unusual and Compelling Urgency under FAR 6.302-2. The contract will be awarded to Terarecon Inc. located in Durham, NC, with a response deadline of August 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM EST. The government asserts that Terarecon is the only contractor capable of fulfilling this specific requirement and plans to solicit and negotiate exclusively with this source. Potential contractors may submit a capabilities statement, though the VA emphasizes this is not a competitive solicitation and will not reimburse any response costs.
