The project requires removing and replacing five total electrical switchboards (three at Lakemont and two at Viera) with new, outdoor-rated, corrosion-resistant electrical cabinets. The work must be completed within 60 days of contract award by licensed electricians following local electrical codes, with strict safety protocols including establishing a 30-foot safety perimeter, restricting non-essential personnel access, and requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.
