About this file
This document is an amendment to a previous combined solicitation (Request for Quotations) for a Boiler Remote Alarm Panel Install service contract at the Gainesville VAMC. The key details are:
The solicitation number is 36C24824Q0925, and the service is for the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System. This is a one-time, SDVOSB set-aside contract with a period of performance from 06/28/2024 to 06/27/2025. The amendment extends the response date to 05/31/2024 at 12:00 PM EST and provides answers to several questions, including confirmation that this is a brand new contract with no incumbent, and that the remote panel needs to communicate with the SCADA system. Pricing should include parts, labor, and freight for the installation of the conduit and wiring. The government will use a comparative evaluation process to determine the best value quotation.
