1. Should CLINS 0001, 0002 ,0003, etc. be left blank or do you want the total of the related “sub” CLINs (e.g., 0001AA through 0001AE, 0002AA through 0002AC, etc.) to be entered there?
No pricing should be provided in CLINs 0001 - 4011
2. I wanted to reach out to inquire about the duration of this contract. I’m interested in bidding it. What kind of shredding volume will we be looking at for disposal?

5. Are any Bridge Contracts in place that extend the current contract?
Not at this time
6. What are the last contract award number and total award amount?
36C24821P0224 you will have to get the pricing through a FOIA request.
7. Will badging be required? If so, are you using USAccess, e-Quip, or another system for badging?
I could not get the answer to this question. The badging requirement will be conveyed after award.
8. If needed, badging can take from 14 to 30+ days to process. Will you allow our employees to work during the processing period or will you provide an escort?
The award should be made by mid October the period of performance does not start until December 1st. There should be ample time to get processed in and have the badges before you are required to be on-site.
9. Can you please provide the evaluation criteria and the FAR that this award will be based on?
See FAR 52.212-2 pg 113.
10. What is the frequency of Services? (12-monthly, Every 4 Weeks (13), 2Xs a Month 24, Bi-Weekly 26, or Weekly 52).
See Price Schedule.
11. The Contractor shall provide mobile equipment to do all shredding onsite. Outcome of materials shall be to a degree that definitively ensures data is not readable or reconstructable to any degree, and no larger than ¼” inches wide and ¼” inches length.
Can this be removed, due to industry standards of on-site mobile trucks.
No this cannot be changed.
12. The shred pick schedule and Section B1. The Price/Cost Schedule state that Bay Pines is to be serviced Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please confirm if Bay Pines is to be serviced once a week or 3x times a week. This will change the pricing, if we are to service all containers 3x times a week.
Services are to be provided Weekly.
13. The SOW and the attachment Shred+Pickup+Schedule/s frequency, container type, and quantity per location do not match the Section B1. The Price/Cost Schedule. If a location has a different frequency please provide the count.

14. Please change the Section B1. The Price/Cost Schedule the 2 times a month frequencies to biweekly, the once a month to every 4-weeks, with the correction bin count?
Cannot as there are times where services can be provided 3 times a month.
15. The security clearance and background stated in the SOW is very ambiguous, please provide the level of background and the security required for this contract.
