About this file

This document is a solicitation for Belimed washer and sterilizer maintenance services. The solicitation is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 8 on behalf of the Orlando VA Healthcare System. It seeks maintenance services for eight Belimed sterilizers and washers located at the Orlando VA Medical Center. The base period of performance is one year from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024, with four one-year option periods. The solicitation utilizes a tiered small business evaluation approach, prioritizing offers from service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, then veteran-owned small businesses, then all other small businesses. The performance work statement outlines preventative maintenance and emergency repair requirements, including response times and reporting. Pricing is fixed price monthly for the base period and each option year if exercised.
