2. The Statement of Work has been revised to provide the correct updated equipment that will be needing the necessary maintenance for the period of performance.

3. The Statement of Work has been revised to change from the daily tasks requirements and maintenance schedule and change to state is only for monthly requirements.

4. The Statement of work has been revised and removed the statement from the SOW “Contractor will perform, and operational test run each system the first Friday of every month”.

The Revised Copy of the Statement of Work is attached to this Amendment.

No other changes were made as result of this Amendment.

Re: RFQ Number: 36C24822Q0038 – Questions/Request for more information Question: 1) During the site visit it was noted the Amico instrument air system is a Powerex system and was replaced but does not match scope of work. Will this be amended?

Answer: Yes, the Statement of Work has been revised to show correct systems.

Question: 2) The maintenance schedule chart asks for daily items and monthly items. Can you confirm this is required as part of the contract? Especially the daily items, as usually someone in house would complete the daily checks. This would require our staff to be on-site daily to preform the checks.

Answer: The Statement of Work has been revised from Daily Checks to Monthly Checks.

Question: 3) Can you clarify this statement, “Contractor will perform, and operational test run each system the first Friday of every month.”?
