The required consultative support services needed to support CPMRS, studies, operations, renovations, and new construction requirements include, but not limited to: pre-design phase services, design phase services, procurement phase services, construction services, claims service, administration services, and technical specialty services. The Contractor will be assigned a single task order for this contract to be billed against. In order to monitor the hours spent on the specific projects when assigned, the Contractor will provide monthly breakdowns of the hours spent on each project with their monthly invoice. Attachment A is the anticipated hours for identified projects for the contract year and each option year to follow. The timing of projects and actual final quantity of hours per project is subject to changes in the Facilities priorities.

2.0. SCOPE

The government requires a broad range of professional and technical consultative assistance related to operations, renovation and new construction programs. This includes assistance in the areas of management, project engineering, planning, scheduling, design reviews, code compliance, testing, record keeping, quality control, cost control, and general oversight of design & construction programs. Assistance is also required for project development through the thirty percent phase so that quality solicitation packages for Design/ Build Contracts can be developed. This will include Concept Plans, Independent Government Estimates, schedules, and Technical Specifications for each individual project. The Contractor will assign a Project Manager who will coordinate all services to be performed for the facility and will be responsible for the management of all Contractor Employees assigned to the facilities projects.

Lastly, the contractor shall represent themselves as a contracted employee when engaged in official communications regarding government related program matters".

The Contractor’s Project Manager will receive direction from the Chief, Facility Management Service, the Chief, Projects, or an appointed Representative for each specific project assigned to the Contractor.
