This is an Amendment to a Previous Combined Solicitation (Standard Form 30) for air freshener services at the WJB Dorn Veterans Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. The solicitation number is 36C24726Q0535, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 7 Network Contracting Office with a response deadline of May 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM Central Time for questions and May 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time for quote submissions. The contract is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns, with NAICS code 561720 (Janitorial Services) and FSC/PSC code S299. Services shall provide initial installation and ongoing maintenance of restroom air freshener dispensers at up to 70 restroom locations on the WJB Dorn campus, with monthly servicing or as needed if cans empty sooner. The air fresheners must be odor neutralizers containing metazene that neutralizes odors at the molecular level without masking.

The amendment specifies that this is a brand-new contract with zero currently installed dispensers, and the vendor will conduct a walk-through after award to identify specific restroom locations and provide an exact inventory list. All submissions must be made via email to Contract Specialist Sheryl Harris at sheryl.harris5@va.gov. The solicitation incorporates by reference a Performance Work Statement and Terms document (36C24726Q0535) and a Price Cost Schedule Template. No extension of the solicitation deadline will be granted, and late submissions will not be accepted. The contracting office will post answers to all submitted questions one hour after the question period closes on May 19, 2026.
