About this file
This document is an Amendment to Solicitation 36C24726Q0012, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs for CCTV Monitoring Maintenance services at the Carl Vison VA Medical Center in Dublin, GA. The amendment primarily addresses a series of vendor questions and clarifications, including details about existing security systems, inspection requirements, and contract scope. Key clarifications include: the current security systems use Honeywell intrusion detection, Agivilon, Pelco, and Axis camera systems; all devices must be inspected monthly; approximately 8-10 new Dueltec motion detectors will be installed; and drawings/system details will be provided to the awarded contractor.
The solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, with a base contract and four option years. The original solicitation due date of June 20th was extended to June 27, 2025, to provide vendors more preparation time. Notable requirements include no remote access to network video recorders (NVRs) and access control servers, emergency service work to be included in the contract, and the current physical access control system being CCURE 9000. The contract will cover maintenance services for CCTV monitoring, access control, and intrusion detection systems at the VA Medical Center.
