1. There was an award made on 12/15/25 for a Mobile MRI Trailer at Dublin VA, what happened to that contract?

A: The contract was canceled.

2. When is delivery of unit expected?

A: June 26, 2026.

3. Does the system have to be Windows 11, or will Windows 10 suffice?

A: Review the solicitation, SOW paragraph 3.2.B.

4. Does the mobile need to have a fire suppression system installed on it?

A: No but an MRI safe fire extinguisher is required. Reference SOW, paragraph 6.5 and 6.6.

5. Does the patient dressing room on the mobile need to meet ADA standards?

A: A dressing room is not required, but if it does have one it needs to meet ADA standard. Reference SOW, paragraph 6.6.

6. Regarding the specification for the detachable table, would you accept an MRI Trolley which allows patient transport and removal from the MRI environment without having to transfer the patient from the table to a cart?

A: No, please reference SOW, paragraph 3.2.A.

7. Could the customer need date be sooner than 30 days?

A: June 26,2026.

8. Basis for award is price only. Will consideration for past performance be an evaluation factor?

A. The evaluation factors are listed 52,212-2, Evaluations of the original solicitation.

9. Does the mobile unit need a Hot Lab?

A: No.

10. Does the mobile unit need to have patient injecting area?

A: No. That will be addressed inside Radiology Department.

11. Does the mobile trailer need to be of any certain size?

A: Review the solicitation, SOW paragraph 3.2.A.

12. Are there size restrictions for the mobile?

14. What is the distance from parking to the 480volt power source?

A: Approximately 10-15 FT.

15. Will VA provide connecting data and phone lines to our unit?

A: Yes.

16. Are there any drawings available for the sitting of the mobile?

A: No.

17. Does the mobile need to have an ADA size dressing room on board?

A: If trailer is equipped with dressing room. Reference SOW paragraph 6.6.

18. Will we be responsible for providing contrast for patients that require it?

A: No, the VA will provide contrast.

19. We will provide a Non-Ferrous Stretcher and Wheel Chair , Will that be sufficient?

A: No, please reference SOW, paragraph 3.2.A.

20. Will a 6-hour response time be acceptable?

A: Clarification, 2-hour response time for acknowledgment of the issue submitted by facility.
