8. RE ITEM SIX ON THE ABOVE TABLE: "Purchase replacement smoke/fire doors/assemblies to fit existing openings, 8EA." There is no way to properly price these eight door replacements without a list of many subassemblies, sizes, framed, unframed, sub-types, sub-sizes, associated hardware by part number, etc.)

This is not phrased as a question but an example of a door that might need to be replaced, exact door manufacturer TBD and will be based on the inspection the contractor will complete.

- Furnish & install new pair of rated double egress Graintech commercial steel doors & 16 gauge frames with hospital stops New door to come with the following:

9. SOW States: "Quotes for any deficiencies are considered outside of the scope of the contract. Quote shall have listed all recommended replacement parts and repairs; all parts will be turnkey and ready to install (preprogrammed and addressed if needed).

This is not a question and it’s unclear what the contractor is requesting clarification on.

10. WHAT ARE THE TRAINING GOALS AND OBJECTIVES IN ITEM FOUR OF THE TABLE

ABOVE FOR THE CLASSROOM AND PRACTICAL TRAINING? (RE: Item 4, Page 7 of 88).

Goals of the training is to educate and show employees how to evaluate fire doors.

11. I don't want to complicate your job, but we have done many jobs that lack these kinds of detail that cause multiple contract modifications and delays because of lack of exact detail (which we need) or because of obsolete parts.

This is not a question and it’s unclear what the contractor is requesting clarification on.

12. Please let the client (Facilities Engineers) know our concerns and our question, so they can provide these details as well as change the CLIN structure to include at least two CLINS (one for services and one for repairs/replacements for the 8 doors with exact detail).

This is not a question and it’s unclear what the contractor is requesting clarification on.
