3. Will there be a transition period if so, how long does the contractor has?

4. Current Staffing and Service Contract Act (SCA) Rates:
a. How many managers are currently employed under this contract, and what are their corresponding SCA wage rates?

10. As a HUBZone certified entity our team has federal past performance, and we are of the understanding that HZs can bid on a SDVOSBC set-aside. Can you confirm that this is the case?
Yes, a HUBZone certified entity can still apply for an SDVOSB set-aside if they also qualify as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), meaning they meet the necessary requirements to be certified as both a HUBZone and an SDVOSB.
11. Contractor shall provide professional valet booth(s). Does a podium meet that requirement?
Yes, a podium meets the requirement.
12. Disposable seat covers. What is this for?
The use of the seat covers reduces biohazard and protection from other contaminants between vehicles and the valet attendant.
13. Please show the current location of the valet drop-off and pick-up location.
14. Where is the traffic backup occurring?
15. May the contractor redesign the valet system to eliminate the traffic backup?
No, the contractor may not redesign the valet system.
16. What is the anticipated award date?

17. Could you clarify how "the ability to increase amounts as demand increases" will be measured or monitored for valet services? Is there historical data on peak demand that bidders should use for planning purposes?

18. Will the government provide any documents or layouts during the site visit to help bidders better understand the designated parking areas?
No, the site visit was only for Contractors to view the area for valet parking.

20. What are the weights or priorities of the evaluation criteria (e.g., past performance, price, technical approach)?
Please read the solicitation in its entirety.
21. Will the government assess whether proposed prices are too low to meet the stated requirements effectively? If so, will this include an analysis of staffing sufficiency and compliance with general labor standards?
All pricing has to be deemed fair and reasonable to the Government.
22. Will the government validate past performance references through direct contact with the points of contact provided, or will other methods be used?
References will be validated.
23. What are the daily volumes for the past 12 months? Please provide the monthly reports showing the number of vehicles served each day.
The estimated volume was provided in the Statement of Work.
