Question from Vendor:

Question # 2 states:

1. Due to Data, Aire is no longer in business. Can we bid on a condenser change if we cannot find a coil replacement? Unfortunately, not at this time we only need the coils to be replaced.

The SoW in Paragraph 5 states:

1. Remove and Replace Two Data Aire Condensing Units with Liebert Units.

Could you please provide clarification to what the requirement is to replace?

2. We are still confused about the use of the terminology "coil." Are you referring to the entire Outdoor Condensing Unit as a "coil", or are you referring to the specific coil part inside the unit? We are asking this because we understand that Leibert coils (the parts) are not compatible inside DataAire Condensing Units. Additionally, if you are not requesting replacement of the Outdoor Condensing Unit the need for a crane does not exist as the internal coils are not heavy enough to require a crane lift.

Please provide clarification of the terminology "coil."

Answer from Service Line:
