About this file
This document is a modification to Solicitation 36C24725Q0037 for Security Systems Maintenance Services. The modification provides answers to questions submitted by prospective offerors. Key details include:
The previous contractor billed a monthly rate, making it difficult to determine the number of man-hours required. Normal coverage hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CT, excluding weekends and federal holidays. All service/repairs must be performed during normal hours unless approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for after-hours, weekends, and holidays. The requirement for using new parts extends to replacement parts for end-of-life equipment. An 8-hour response time for non-urgent service is satisfactory. The Tuskegee campus has Avigilon access control/camera systems and Bosch intrusion detection, while the Montgomery campus has similar systems. The contractor must be Avigilon certified.
